Creating a RGB Effect in Adobe Photoshop isn't hard at all, in order to do this you'll need to have your image ready.

When you're image is ready you want to right click its layer and click "Duplicate Layer..."
2.

After you duplicate the layer, double click the layer and uncheck the color Green and Blue. Leave the color Red checked.

3.
After that, click the "OK" button then get your dragging tool and drag the image a little to the right
4.
